Thank you for your interest in visiting the Central Wisconsin Environmental Station (CWES) for your event! The station is located 19 miles east of Stevens Point amid rolling hills and on Sunset Lake. We have 200 acres of towering red and white pines, hardwoods, wetlands, and lakes available.

To move forward with your CWES Reservation, please complete this form. Once we receive your completed Application for Facility Use, CWES will provide an initial estimate for you to review. Once you have reviewed, and agree to move forward with utilizing CWES facilities, you will need to sign the Cost Estimate Letter Agreement and provide a non-refundable deposit. Dates are tentatively reserved until we receive the signed CWES Cost Estimate Letter Agreement and deposit. No pets allowed on site. 

With any CWES Reservation, guests have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful outdoor spaces, including Sunset Lodge outdoor fireplace, walking trails, and more. Review CWES map here. 

Before reserving, please review CWES' Facility Use Rules and Procedures. If you decide to move forward with this reservation, the main coordinator/leader for the group will be required to sign off that you have reviewed and will orient all participants to these policies and procedures.
